This page explains how content is sourced, reviewed, and published on New York Vantage.
How We Source Content
New York Vantage publishes content from a combination of staff writers, independent contributors, industry professionals, and publishing partners. We welcome pitches and submissions that align with our editorial focus on Business, Lifestyle, Tech, News, and Travel.
Submission Guidelines
Contributors interested in submitting content should note:
- Articles should be original, well-sourced, and not previously published elsewhere
- Standard length runs approximately 600–1,500 words
- Submissions should follow standard formatting: clear headline, third-person voice unless otherwise agreed, and no more than a reasonable number of outbound hyperlinks
- Any material connection between the contributor and the subject of the article must be disclosed at the time of submission
Submissions can be sent to sarah@omnivantagemedia.com for review.
Our Review Process
We follow a two-stage review before publication:
1. Compliance review. Every submission is checked against our Ethical Guidelines — factual sourcing, conflict-of-interest disclosure, and our list of prohibited content categories.
2. Editorial review. Submissions are reviewed for clarity, structure, and relevance to our readership. We may request revisions before a piece is scheduled for publication.
If issues arise during review, we work directly with the contributor to resolve them before moving forward. We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not meet our standards, without obligation to explain the decision in detail.
Sponsored and Partner Content
Where an article is published as part of a paid or commercial arrangement, it is clearly labeled as sponsored or partner content above the headline. Sponsored content still passes through our compliance review — we do not run sponsored material that violates our Ethical Guidelines — but it is not represented as independent staff journalism, and its claims are those of the sponsoring party.
Corrections Policy
- Minor corrections (typos, small factual details) are corrected without a formal notice.
- Substantive corrections (material factual errors) are corrected with a visible correction note appended to the article, including the date of correction.
To report a possible error, contact sarah@omnivantagemedia.com with the article URL and a description of the issue. We review every report.
