Royston G King Set Up Omni Vantage Media Around Audiences Brands Actually Own

Most brands that want digital reach follow a familiar sequence. They set a budget, pick a platform, run the campaign, and accept what the algorithm delivers. When the spend pauses, so does the reach. The underlying asset, the audience, stays with the platform. What a brand has bought is rented attention, not something that persists once the budget runs out.

Royston G King’s design for Omni Vantage Media starts from a different question: what changes if a brand reaches audiences the network itself actually holds?

The answer shaped what he built. Rather than positioning Omni Vantage Media as an ad shop or a campaign manager, King constructed it as a distributed network of social media brands spanning more than 100 niches and operating across more than 100 countries. More than 1,000 creators participate in that network, by the company’s own account. According to Omni Vantage Media, it reaches more than 200 million fans per month and delivers more than two billion impressions across platforms.

Those figures come from the company and have not been independently verified. What they describe is the shape of the model: reach through owned channels, not purchased placements.

Before Omni Vantage Media, he built Master Scaling, a digital marketing and brand agency, and has since assembled additional businesses under the Royston G King Group across media and e-commerce. He was named to Forbes Monaco’s 30 Under 30 list in the media and entertainment category at 23. King describes his academic background as including an exchange at the University of Southern California, a transfer to Columbia University, and summer programs at Harvard University and the London School of Economics. He contributes to Forbes and Entrepreneur and holds a membership in the Rolling Stone Culture Council, a peer network of business leaders across entertainment and media.

The path from marketing agency to media company is not a large step in itself. An agency manages other people’s channels. A media company builds its own. What differs is the order of operations. Most businesses that do both begin with client work and move toward owned properties as they grow. King’s sequence ran the other way: build the channels first, then bring brands into them. That inversion is the structural decision Omni Vantage Media is organized around.

What the company offers combines brand strategy and content distribution through the creator network. The distinction Omni Vantage Media draws is between placing a brand next to someone else’s content and connecting that brand to audiences the network has built over time. The channels span finance, technology, lifestyle, travel, and entertainment, among others. For clients, the claim is that the second path produces a different kind of presence: one that sits inside the content rather than beside it.

The manifesto the company publishes commits it to the proposition that publishing, done with care, can still do meaningful work on public discourse at scale. That is an ambition from journalism’s most serious tradition. Running it through a creator network spread across more than 100 niches is where the two parts of the company, the editorial aspiration and the distributed architecture, have to find a way to hold together.
